May 13Day 7 of vacation
- Owen has discovered avocado. CAN'T. GET. ENOUGH. more more more.
- We baked and baked and baked and baked for the cookie bar. Lemon squares, mexican brownies and alfajores. YUMMY!
- More gardening. The yard looks fabulous.
- I took a long walk. Alone. It was such a nice break.
- The weather warmed up and we opened all the windows and doors. It was delightful.
- The boys were fitted for their tuxes.
- Picked up Jana at the airport!
- Tasty dinner with the family, Jana and Melanie (lovely neighbor).
What a great trip this has been.
Avocado was and still is one of Leila's favorite foods. If she sees one in the fridge, she grabs it and tries to bite right into it - LOL!

Jana is many, many things. She's our nanny and my photo assistant. I seriously couldn't survive without her. We have been so blessed.
